I've read quite of few books. I’ve come across lot of people with different attitudes, behaviors, mentalities etc… I saw people who works hard. I had seen people too with acting and showing and people who speaks well as well as people who don’t… etc..etc…
Sensitive, Emotional, Greedy, Jealousy, Anger, Ego, Possessiveness and so on…; these are the distractions that are affecting everyone’s happiness and spoil our work too… And obviously I don't say that I’m not getting distracted by any of these feelings. We are human beings, so everyone does have… But trying to control these feelings is the most important.
I think certain steps for building up positive attitude to be followed. Some of the following steps that I personally take care of.
Step 1: Change focus, look for the positive sense.
Step 2: Make a habit of doing it now.
Step 3: Develop an attitude of gratitude.
Step 4: Get into a continuous educational programme. (It doesn’t mean that to sit at home in front of the books and study continuously. Educational program..what I mean is, which cultivate knowledge, awareness of the real happenings in this world.)
Step 5: Build a positive esteem.
Step 6: Stay away from negative influences.
Step 7: Learn to love things that need to be done.
Step 8: Start our day with something positive.
From the above, starting the practice with the 8th step, I've been experiencing good changes. I start my day with yoga; I do believe this.

These are my first revolutionary steps taken in this year 2011.
